What are the best aspects of this product?

We have become efficient in getting in touch with the right audience through quality segmentation and targeting with WebEngage. Plus, it lets us manage and control different marketing channels in one place.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It isn't easy to collect data from the tool. The analytics for campaign performance should also be improved and be made more organized.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

WebEngage has made it easy and efficient to segment the customer journey and run the results on quality analytics. This has made it more convenient for us to get in touch through various marketing channels too. Gone are the days when we have no clue about users' engagements or activities on our site.
