What are the best aspects of this product?
We love its automated journey and funnel features that provide real-time feeds about a user's action on our channels. It lets us properly manage our marketing pipeline for a more interactive experience for a user, depending on their exact point on the journey. This is achievable because WebEngage offers many features that help customize an enjoyable journey for each user. It also has reliable targeting tools that make a user feel relevant along the way. There are many engagement channels in WebEngage as well, such as onsite channel, Facebook, WhatsApp messages as well as push app alerts. We only need to choose one or a few that suit our customers and those that deliver efficient communication and interaction. Lastly, WebEngage also has Rest API and WebHooks plugins for additional support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Additional features are needed to improve WebEngage. That includes a portal for analytics with several viewing options. This would let us thoroughly review huge data on a single screen, which is vital for doing quality analysis.
