WebEngage has cool and useful features such as the web and app push, journeys, and automation tools. It sports a valuable knowledge base platform too. Additionally, the WebEngage staff is so professional. The onboarding team has efficiently guided us to begin, the professional service staff has helped us develop strategies, and the customer support staff are very responsive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We haven't experienced any downside with WebEngage. The entire package is terrific, which is something that other platforms cannot fulfill.
