What are the best aspects of this product?

Everything on WebEngage is easy, automated and neat. All marketing tasks are automated and easy, including audience segmentation, planning communication as well as creating journeys. It has resulted in a big increase in customer interactions and has pulled down our communication expenses through free tools such as push notifications. The platform also sends us real-time alerts through SMS or push notifications for handling website concerns. It helps us prevent loss of sales on the cart and boost users' experience on our platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It needs to collect and present better data analytics from onsite user activities. We can only gather data from communication channels, and it helps us understand specific events on communication lines and how the users react. But what we want is something that can help us track user behavior on the website.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

WebEngage is superb when it comes to automating our marketing campaigns as well as customizing communication channels. It lets us properly handle such channels using only a single tool too. WebEngage is also helpful for directing us towards our goals. That is by guiding us by understanding the customer journey from curation, sign-up, initial purchase, repeat purchase, etc. WebEngage is undoubtedly easy to use and is a complete tool!
