What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the things I love about Webexpenses is its flexibility. I really appreciate how simple its environment is--plus, you can even tweak the colors for readability (and even based on personal preference).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, too much of a good thing can be bad too. Because it is highly flexible and just about anyone can tweak it, I have been noting a few errors in spelling on the homepage. The learning curve can be quite steep too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve managed to consolidate all of our financial dealings in one place. Gathering data and generating reports from it has been much easier. It certainly has assisted us in file-sharing with our bookkeeper too.
