What are the best aspects of this product?

Webexpenses has the best support team in the business. I’ve worked with multiple reps already and each one had been really helpful and easy to work with. You can tell that they have had really good training from the management. Great job, guys!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t come across any issue that their team hasn’t been able to fix. For me, this is a really valuable tool with an even more valuable team working behind it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Through Webexpenses, my team and I have been able to keep track of our finances. We’ve been able to stay on top of our expenditure, plus have managed to gain insights re: our spending from the reports. And finally, as a nod to today’s green movement, we’ve transitioned to a mostly-paperless company now too.
