What are the best aspects of this product?
I really love how intuitive this program is. It makes expense tracking so much easier and a lot more flexible for its users--all without being too complicated. It works smoothly with Sage too, another program that we use in our company. With these two solutions working together, we have seen an undeniable uptick in our team’s productivity. Setting the program itself was hassle-free too. We’ve always felt supported since Day1 by their customer response team and we’ve been able to offload a lot of our tasks into this system. Overall, I think that this is a great tool that provides a lot of value for our money. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable, flexible, and affordable expense tracking tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They’ve recently rolled out changes to the app that I wish were retroactive. It would be nice to have some of our older files sorted out too.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We’ve never been more on top of our expense game. Now, all of our receipts are consolidated and accounted for. Not to mention, most of our employees who are working remote can easily file their claims without having to visit us on-site too. Webexpenses has definitely auto ticked most of the boxes that we need in an expense tracking tool.
