PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a lot of things that I love about this program. For one, it’s cloud-based. Any member of our account can have access to it anytime, and anywhere. Another thing is that it is fairly easy to use. The environment is really simple. And lastly, there is impressive storage of expenses history stored in the program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Onboarding accounts specialists take too long. We need to be able to grant each member of our team access to the accounts of all the employees in our company. While this is a relatively easy thing to do, the process can be quite long. If anyone can suggest a workaround on this, I would appreciate it. Auditing can be difficult too. If an item has a minor error, for example, we’d need to reject the whole submission instead of that one, minor detail.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Filing for taxes has been much, much easier with Webexpenses helping us out. The remote capabilities of this program have been really helpful in allowing our members to submit their claims even when they are out on the field too.
