What are the best aspects of this product?
This has proven to be a reliable (even indispensable) tool for me now. Zooming in to its nitty and gritty, I’ve been enjoying just how well thought-out the features are. For example, they have an auto-calculator that computes the claims of our personnel. Needless to say, this has really lightened the burden for us on the admin team. It has made account owners from all ends more accountable to the claims that they file too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far I have found the reporting feature to be useful. . . just not very customizable though. Webexpenses doesn’t seem to work very well with other programs too.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have now gone paperless--a big win for the environment and for the admin team who used to do the manual task of compiling and electronically encoding receipts. We’ve been able to cross-check receipts vs claims more easily now too--successfully eliminating chances of deception.
