What are the best aspects of this product?
We needed a program that would have the flexibility to adapt to our complex work processes and needs. So far, Webexpenses has been the only one to fit these specific criteria that we have set. We worked with their team to have everything set-up, and they were able to do so very efficiently. They didn’t charge us for the extra work too! I can tell that this is the start of a really fruitful partnership.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Onboarding a new account approver does have its issues. For example, there were still some unapproved claims in the former approver’s pipeline, but those did not transition to the dashboard of the new one. New tax and HMRC rates don’t get updated in real-time too.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We’ve been able to round up the management of expenses across all our different operations around the globe. We’ve also been able to access more data so we can keep track of all expenditures.
