What are the best aspects of this product?
I really like the degree of care that Webexpenses’ customer support team gives their users. The tool is easy to use in the first place too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Users have no problem navigating the tool. However, as an administrator, I have encountered some limitations that I think should be lifted. For one, I’d like to be able to segregate all my active and non-active users without having to sift through all of my lists.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It’s been so much easier to track all of the credit claims our customers put through this tool.
