What are the best aspects of this product?
We’ve now welcomed our financial tracking into the 21st century by finally (finally!) going paperless and uploading all of our expenses data online. I think choosing Webexpenses to facilitate this transition had been a really good call. For one, it is an uncomplicated tool that our team members have managed to learn easily. There are some really promising features such as the reports and “notes” tools that have been really useful for me personally.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do notice that whenever a big population of our employees log-in to the system simultaneously, the system tends to slow down a bit. We’re still trying to figure out if this is an issue from our end, or of the tool itself.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
So far, our employees have been loving the convenience that this tool has given us. For us, the admin, we’ve been able to manage claims and other expense-related tasks more easily too. The sheer number of employees no longer intimidate us because we know that we can rely on Webexpenses to help us out.
