What are the best aspects of this product?

I’ve been able to track my expenses more efficiently with Webexpenses. I can hold myself more accountable to my spending. There’s no reason for me to fail in this aspect because of how easy it now is to upload my receipts on Webexpenses’ online database.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The program can feel a bit clunky at times. I’d appreciate it if the developers were to add a feature that allows the user to see a birds-eye view of the reports sent in by individual users. This way, I don’t have to go through each account just to check their claims.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Webexpenses allows us to easily take photos of our receipts and then upload them directly on the cloud. This has easily eased up our processes because we no longer have to input each and every detail on our system. This tool has saved us a lot of time in cross-checking claims too.
