What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I am impressed with how robust and well-thought-out every tool is in WebinarJam's toolbox. Getting it started and configuring everything didn't cause as much hassle as I expected it to do too. It gives each user the control that he or she needs too. This is especially useful when it comes to the preparation of online presentations. Normally, it would be difficult to backtrack on slides and make sure that your verbal explanation is backed-up by the display on the screen, but WebinarJam eradicates this difficulty. Not to mention, tools such as instant messaging are pretty good too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Updating to the latest version is pretty much mandatory. You could choose not to, and get minimal support and 2nd-class features. Their tool specifically designed for YouTube is not as reliable as the other tools too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been using WebinarJam to conduct presentations that would make me more relatable and liked by my target market. This way, they can get to know me more while I do either a hard sell or a soft sell of my products. It's a pretty useful tool for marketing.
