WebinarJam Review

PROS: I absolutely love this platform! I can easily share the spotlight with my co-presenters. Plus, the environment is really clean too.

CONS: Nothing. I've had a consistently good experience with WebinarJam.

PROS: I think it's great that there is a live chat feature. This way, I can answer any queries sent to me right away. The quality of videos are pretty great too!

CONS: You'd need to shell out a pretty penny to make use of this tool, but I'd say that it's worth it.

PROS: What I like about this tool is that it has everything I need. Plus, it's completely compatible with most of the programs that we use in the office too.

CONS: The way this program works is that you upload slides to it. For simple presentations, this works completely fine. However, I like working with animations and they (almost) never render properly here. WebinarJam does not have the capacity to host complicated webinars too.

PROS: I love how this program allows us to host webinars with thousands of attendees without hiking up the prices. It's considerably cheap compared to other solutions.

CONS: Once in a while, I notice that its marketing features don't work as smoothly as I need them to be. But this can be overlooked for now.

PROS: This program thinks of everything--from the invitation campaign all the way to the smooth execution of webinars. Right from the start, it will assist you in securing your audience. From sending out auto-updates to automated email reminders, WebinarJam goes all out. Live streams can be shared as it goes on too, thus making it known to more people. I like how I can easily set-up my preference and overwrite the initial settings of the program.

CONS: It seems like there is no way for viewers to backtrack or fast forward to a particular timestamp. I wish that WebinarJam would grant them this capability because this is often the number one comment that I get.

PROS: This program allows me to co-host webinars with other people. This way, I can provide more value to my audience.

CONS: This has a list of impressive integrations. However, for the next update, it would be nice to have an integration with Outlook so that I can auto-send emails.

PROS: I love how we can easily retrieve previously streamed webinars and send them over to our customers.

CONS: Some of its features can be clunky and difficult to utilize.

PROS: First of all, this is an inexpensive solution to all of our webinar needs. It has a great set of tools under its too. From live chats, to email reminders, to promo offers--WebinarJam has this and more!

CONS: This is the best out of all the options I've come across in the market. I have nothing negative to say.

PROS: First of all, I am impressed with how robust and well-thought-out every tool is in WebinarJam's toolbox. Getting it started and configuring everything didn't cause as much hassle as I expected it to do too. It gives each user the control that he or she needs too. This is especially useful when it comes to the preparation of online presentations. Normally, it would be difficult to backtrack on slides and make sure that your verbal explanation is backed-up by the display on the screen, but WebinarJam eradicates this difficulty. Not to mention, tools such as instant messaging are pretty good too.

CONS: Updating to the latest version is pretty much mandatory. You could choose not to, and get minimal support and 2nd-class features. Their tool specifically designed for YouTube is not as reliable as the other tools too.

PROS: WebinarJam is the presentation assistant that you never knew you needed. It completely eradicates the long, awkward lull that usually happens during virtual presentations. The result? A smooth webinar or product pitch or even a meeting. I don’t have to worry about the usual lags and pauses anymore. It gives me control and lends precision.

CONS: They used to have these well-designed end credit templates, but I can’t seem to find these anywhere on the platform. I hope that the developers would add this back.

PROS: This has all of the features that I need for a webinar platform. For one, it allows me to share the stage with my colleagues so that we can maximize these virtual presentations. Another thing, the program is so robust that lags and page freezes are few and far in between. One feature that I particularly enjoy is the live/instant messaging section. This way, our audience can ask questions and interact with us as we stream our event.

CONS: I don't think that there is any issue with WebinarJam.

PROS: This is a program that serves me and my audience well. For me, I enjoy just how uncomplicated it is. For my audience, they don't have to download anything to consume any of my content.

CONS: Somehow, my livestreams seem to always be a public event. I have specified this in my settings that my videos should only be seen by those who I have sent invitation links to. I have already called out the attention of the developers but I have yet to be given an explanation as to why this is happening.

PROS: Appears to have lots of advanced features for building out webinar campaigns.

CONS: First, this is one of those shady companies that makes it impossible to quit. No way to close free trial through the app, the telephone number will not let you talk to a live person, and the method to creating a support ticket is on a site that is not linked on the app or the website. The user interface for setting up and managing the webinars was complex and NOT intuitive. Presenters had a hard time with it. I set up three webinars that were supposed to be a series. The first one was OK, the second one did not record audio. And there is no easy way for support. I cancelled the third and decided to let my free trial expire. They charged me for a year, and ultimately had to get Amex involved to contest the charges.
