What are the best aspects of this product?

Appears to have lots of advanced features for building out webinar campaigns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

First, this is one of those shady companies that makes it impossible to quit. No way to close free trial through the app, the telephone number will not let you talk to a live person, and the method to creating a support ticket is on a site that is not linked on the app or the website.

The user interface for setting up and managing the webinars was complex and NOT intuitive. Presenters had a hard time with it. I set up three webinars that were supposed to be a series. The first one was OK, the second one did not record audio. And there is no easy way for support. I cancelled the third and decided to let my free trial expire. They charged me for a year, and ultimately had to get Amex involved to contest the charges.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

UI is organized around features, not around the user processes.
