What are the best aspects of this product?

I think it's great that there is a live chat feature. This way, I can answer any queries sent to me right away. The quality of videos are pretty great too!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You'd need to shell out a pretty penny to make use of this tool, but I'd say that it's worth it.
