What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a program that serves me and my audience well. For me, I enjoy just how uncomplicated it is. For my audience, they don't have to download anything to consume any of my content.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Somehow, my livestreams seem to always be a public event. I have specified this in my settings that my videos should only be seen by those who I have sent invitation links to. I have already called out the attention of the developers but I have yet to be given an explanation as to why this is happening.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this program mostly to conduct my lectures virtually. So far, my students have been loving these mini-sessions. They don't have to download anything, saving them the time and the hassle of it all. All I need to do is to invite them to the session through a link that I send to their inboxes.
