First of all, this is an inexpensive solution to all of our webinar needs. It has a great set of tools under its too. From live chats, to email reminders, to promo offers--WebinarJam has this and more!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is the best out of all the options I've come across in the market. I have nothing negative to say.
