I love how this program allows us to host webinars with thousands of attendees without hiking up the prices. It's considerably cheap compared to other solutions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Once in a while, I notice that its marketing features don't work as smoothly as I need them to be. But this can be overlooked for now.
