What are the best aspects of this product?

This program thinks of everything--from the invitation campaign all the way to the smooth execution of webinars. Right from the start, it will assist you in securing your audience. From sending out auto-updates to automated email reminders, WebinarJam goes all out. Live streams can be shared as it goes on too, thus making it known to more people. I like how I can easily set-up my preference and overwrite the initial settings of the program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It seems like there is no way for viewers to backtrack or fast forward to a particular timestamp. I wish that WebinarJam would grant them this capability because this is often the number one comment that I get.
