What are the best aspects of this product?
WebMerge made it easy for me to automatically ammend invoices and sales receipts, something QuickBooks Online is not capable of doing. When I made the switch from QuickBooks Online to WebMerge, I had initial challenges creating custom formats for my invoices and sales receipts but WebMerge has a very responsive, knowledgeable, and responsive customer service support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish their customization options didn't involve working in HTML. Good thing their customer support is reliable and effective.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We needed a solution that would simplify product lists whenever we introduce changes to the invoices and sales receipts. WebMerge solved this problem.
