PROS: I really love how WebMerge seamlessly integrates with other platforms. On top of that, the system's user interface is very clear and versatile. I also like how I can embed extensible logic to merge documents for loops and conditional logic. Lastly, their support is very noteworthy with its speed, personalization, and friendliness of the reps.

CONS: There is nothing I dislike about WebMerge. It is a very versatile, purpose-built system that meshes and performs well in my ecosystem.

PROS: Getting started with WebMerge is easy as there is little learning curve to it. Merging documents is a breeze and their documenation is well written and very detailed. I also love how it easily integrates with other applications.

CONS: I would welcome it if they have more font support even if its now a web-to-print solution.

PROS: There is no other service that can match WebMerge when it comes to reliability and ease of use. What is also impressive is the customer service support they provide. Their data routing feature is another functionality that adds value to the product.

PROS: It is a very friendly and efficiently tool especially when it comes to generating data flows to Word Templates. WebMerge facilitates in the cration of custom Word templates that are filled with information gathered from a Lotus Notes environment.

CONS: Clearly nothing we dislike. WebMerge has all the tools and features we need.

PROS: The very fluid and smooth integration to Infusionsot via API surprises me in a very good way. With WebMerge, sending my customers email with training certificates in PDF format and have it simultaneously uploaded to their contact record is a painless process.

CONS: Seriously, there is nothing wrong with this software. No complaints whatsoever.

PROS: The ease of use is something that I really appreciate. WebMerge makes it really easy for me to gather data from other applications and then turn/merge that data to word documents and PDFs. It also downloads to my Dropbox, which is a huge plus for me. I am now very efficient as everything is very simple.

PROS: WebMerge made it easy for me to automatically ammend invoices and sales receipts, something QuickBooks Online is not capable of doing. When I made the switch from QuickBooks Online to WebMerge, I had initial challenges creating custom formats for my invoices and sales receipts but WebMerge has a very responsive, knowledgeable, and responsive customer service support.

CONS: I wish their customization options didn't involve working in HTML. Good thing their customer support is reliable and effective.

PROS: WebMerge integrates well with Formstack, which is one of the reasons why I got this product. Renaming merged files is also something that I really appreciate. There are quite a few things that make me like WebMerge such as their quick and very helpful support reps.

CONS: While WebMerge is an awesome platform, I really don't like how limited their delivery customization options are. I can tweak the colors of my text unless I do it the HTML way.
