The very fluid and smooth integration to Infusionsot via API surprises me in a very good way. With WebMerge, sending my customers email with training certificates in PDF format and have it simultaneously uploaded to their contact record is a painless process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Seriously, there is nothing wrong with this software. No complaints whatsoever.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We administer webinars and sending custom certificates to our learners is a big challenge. WebMerge solves that by automating the merging of customer data into the document and send them via email.
