What are the best aspects of this product?
WebMerge integrates well with Formstack, which is one of the reasons why I got this product. Renaming merged files is also something that I really appreciate. There are quite a few things that make me like WebMerge such as their quick and very helpful support reps.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
While WebMerge is an awesome platform, I really don't like how limited their delivery customization options are. I can tweak the colors of my text unless I do it the HTML way.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
WebMerge provided us with the solution we need to graduate from paper forms as well as turn data into PDF format.
