What are the best aspects of this product?

The ease of use is something that I really appreciate. WebMerge makes it really easy for me to gather data from other applications and then turn/merge that data to word documents and PDFs. It also downloads to my Dropbox, which is a huge plus for me. I am now very efficient as everything is very simple.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am very satisfied with WebMerge.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

WebMerge fills a gap in my CRM system by taking all the information and turning them into documents which I then deliver to other people.
