What are the best aspects of this product?
It is a very friendly and efficiently tool especially when it comes to generating data flows to Word Templates. WebMerge facilitates in the cration of custom Word templates that are filled with information gathered from a Lotus Notes environment.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Clearly nothing we dislike. WebMerge has all the tools and features we need.

WebMerge enabled us to create Word documents containing data from our online projects, reports, and environment, then automatically sending that document straight to our clients.
