What are the best aspects of this product?
WebPt is user friendly platform in every way. It’s customer service team is one of the best, they are responsive, knowledgeable and always ready to help. This software ensures our therapists that they are compliant with Medicare and all insurances. We are able to keep tabs on those physicians that refer to use, and to produce many reports. The scheduling process is extremely easy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing that can think of.

It offers monthly webinars that are available to everyone, and this is very important because it allows to be updated on every changes in our physical therapy world.
