What are the best aspects of this product?

I love WebPT’s integration with Therabill. And this means that every document and services provided by medical staff and authorizations are added by the staff, everything is well connected and transferred into Therabill. I am able to create smooth workflow from the clinical and office staff. Also, I don’t have to enter manually the billing so there is no room for mistakes. I have more time to focus on marketing and to create new projects instead of finding and fixing mistakes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have dislikes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using this software I had to deal with claims rejections, credentials and compliance. Thanks to this software I don’t have to deal with these issues anymore. WebPt corrects these problems and takes care of everything so we can never miss something before finalizing a note. The software helps us to automate lots of processes and to focus more on credentialing, marketing and other important things.
