What are the best aspects of this product?

The template of WebPt is easy to use and full with many options, it has additional room for more written information. I love the reminders with progress notes. It offers some additional features like text and email reminders for patients. I have used various online mediums for documentation and I have to say that this one meets all my expectations. This software has its own built-in subject headers that provide you with more information. I have an access from home when I can’t get my work done at the office.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, I don’t like the checking all of the buttons, I’d like an easiest way to go through the subjective portion and to write additional information in order to save time. Also, I have to refresh between various users in order to update the calendar.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With WebPt I can easily fax progress notes and evaluations so I can insurance companies, lawyer’s offices, doctor’s offices and others. It saves lot of time and it allows me an easy access record of the contact history. I’m able to store information about insurance and it helps me to collect payments and keep track of Medicare caps.
