What are the best aspects of this product?

There are lot of things I like within this software, one of them is the format of daily notes and evaluations. I can easily navigate through the pages and input only important information. The software reduces the time of documentation and improves the productivity. I work as an Administrator and I love the scheduling component and reporting section. Billing process is quick, simple and it allows easy generations of missed reports and I can easily generate productivity reports as well. Whenever I have some questions regarding WebPt its support team is highly responsive and helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It needs some improvements and updates for the evaluation tools. When it comes to scheduling I miss option where I can cancel clients for some time period instead of canceling manually each one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to improve the productivity, to keep track of missed notes and it allows our therapist to supervise their assistants more thoroughly with the whole documentation process. It helps us to organize our billing procedures.
