What are the best aspects of this product?
From my point of view (as Office manager) I can say that I love the simplicity of this program. It offers scheduling, posting payments, appts reminders and many other important options. I can easily acess scheduling from our iPad, iPhone or laptop. I love the way I can select the therapist individually.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if they could make the appt upcoming appts can be printable. Also, I wish I could select a posting payments per time frame. I love to link the text confirmation with my email or other part of the text that shows “Do not reply to this number and contact the office” message, because ewe have lots of appointments late cancels or no shows because the users reply to the texts. I would like to see money sign on DOS service because I need to know whether the payment is done and the date of the payment as well.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Compared to other products, WebPt is great, and I believe its team will do their best in order to improve this tool. My team members are happy with this software and we can always rely on its customer service.
