What are the best aspects of this product?

I can’t stress enough how amazing WEBPT platform is. Innovative tool and leader in physical therapy. This ERM system offers great tool of education including blogs and webinars for every regulations, changes and practices. This tool with its APTA and PAC are very helpful for running our business. Its customer service is wonderful and always ready to help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We want to change to Therabill that was acquired a year ago, and we don’t need some changes of the system or extra expenses to do so. We have started with Outcomes as portion of WebPt and we feel that the price is high for this portion.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

WebPt helps us to make the whole practice more efficient and it helps us to increase the productivity on higher level, thus, we increase our profits.
