What are the best aspects of this product?

There are many things that I love in WebTrends, such as the access on premises and hosted cloud versions. It offers segmentation and customization of tools. I am able to create reports for specific activity. Also it provides great amount of documentation online and an ability to rerun some historical logs so I can find new insights. I use API to export data. They have responsive and knowledgeable customer support team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to work on their premise version because it can be buggy sometimes. They also need to implement some steep learning courses for newbies. I want to see updates on keywords configuration files. Also, they could repair the Funnel and Scenario reports. In last several years there are no new on-premise version releases.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use the WebTrends for tracking the visitors on the site and click activities. We use Scenario analysis so we can improve the conversion rate. We use it for some smaller segmented sites.
