PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

With webtrends we are able to track segmentation, scenarios, and drop-off and bounce rate, and to purchase funnel. I love that it integrates with 3rd party analytics data and includes app-stores, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, it doesn’t provide statistical data for analysis and doesn’t not identify multi-visit users. We have to use Streams so we can create proactive Care response team, and to resolve some issues. Also, the product support is only available in Care Plan.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We know that the web analytics started with Webtrends, and it helps establishing the analytics in 1993 and set the standards for value and innovation ever since. We have found that it provides 100% agreement with Web Analytics Association.
