What are the best aspects of this product?

There are great things within Webtrends, such as support team, implementation consultants, they are more responsive and knowledgeable. They are really helpful when it comes to web analytics and creating solutions. It is easy to work with them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The implementation that I have used wasn’t optimal, but I believe this wasn’t Webtrends’ fault but the fault of our team organization, each group had different and separate reporting profile. It wasn’t possible to follow user. But at the end, the Webtrends came up with solutions so we can overcome the issue but with additional cost. They could implement an optimal solution instead allowing the silo-ed approach.

We are using Webtrends for e-commerce reporting. We love the view we get within our sales in a real-time. They also provide some great visualizations so to make the data pop.
