What are the best aspects of this product?

The Webtrends’ team were always responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. They were very perceptive to every feedback and they will do everything to find right solutions to my analytics needs. We had an access to some things that we couldn’t find and see with Google Analytics. We had various contacts who were helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We constantly had to invest in more and more WebTrends resources so we can be sure that we have the right custom reports for our company. The price was the biggest obstacle, and they required to implement some tracking changes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were looking for a solution that would provide us with detailed customization for our analytics, and we found Webtrends and they provide us with great visibility of the analytics. From a search perspective, we were able to manage the program in-house and to influence our resources. We were also able to rebuild more powerful series of campaigns.
