What are the best aspects of this product?

Webtrends has great content groups and circular selections, you can find all these features under “Navigation & Content”. They help in collecting the data by using specific categories from website and analyzing data from specific pieces of content. This is my personal experience with Webtrends.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I found that he export reports are difficult to use, they require some plug-ins installation. It would be great if they could make a quick excel pull. The segmentation feature cannot be found in basic product, it would be great if we can see the data with some specific conditions.

We use Webtrends for tracking some circular performances and online ads. We are able to improve specific customer traffic and engagement.
