What are the best aspects of this product?
Thanks to WePay, our customer support and account manager are a lot more helpful than ever. What's more, they're able to respond quickly to any concerns brought up by customers. We're able to help our customers set up and board on to WePay quickly. Our customers were impressed with the ease of use and quickness in carrying out transactions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There were certain things I've had issues with. But to be honest, WePay listened to our complaints. They manage to address all of them, if not resolving the problems we'd like them to. It'd be beneficial not having to use an e-mail address for each payment. But that hasn't stopped us from doing what we would normally do. It's just a little annoying.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We currently have customers who have little experience with merchant payment processing, yet requiring processing of credit cards for fundraising auctions. The simplest solution we could ever come up with is setting them up with WePay. It makes things easier for our customer service reps and our customers.
