What are the best aspects of this product?
We’ve been using WePay for a couple of years now and it helps make our payment processes easy and fast. I love that the software can be integrated easily with other online tools and services, and it has integration options for processing refunds. The online portal is also a big help for addressing and fixing issues. We can even sell tickets in an instant with customers through easy onboarding. Such a helpful solution for our team.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish they can enhance the partner portal’s UX. Also, the review team should communicate proactively with their customers when they need to gather reviews and feedback to prevent potential delays. That’s all!

With Wepay, we can create our payment account with ease and seamlessly track payment transactions in connection to stats. We also understand metrics better with this app.
