What are the best aspects of this product?

WePay has one highly robust API. Clients are able to utilize our platform with WePay. The result? A simpler and straightforward checkout experience. Their customer support is highy responsive. Onboard experience for potential or new clients is really easy to do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The console won't let you seek out any transaction number unless you're able to retrieve a shopper's e-mail address. There have been instances where orders remain under "pending" status for a couple of days. I'd be happy if they came up with a solution that facilitates quicker approval.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Giving our end users a chance to quickly subscribe and pay for a really worthy and trouble-free experience. Another would be to quickly deliver sales to merchants.
