PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Their technical team has given us the support we need since day one. They were able to answer our inquiries during and after the integration. It's so easy to utilize. It gave us plenty of clear visibility on processed transactions. It allowed us to offer customer support to customers better compared to other gateway.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been instances where our API logs won't load. This happens whenever we want to look into the. So far, that's the only problem I've encountered.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm able to get customers to sign up so payment can be received while removing our own fees. This simplified the billing process. It also prevents customers from getting a bigger invoice. Customers are able to get their money quickly. Customer support is excellent!
