What are the best aspects of this product?
Of all payment processors I've tried, I found out how reporting is lot more effective in reconciliation with other platforms that monitor data transactions. In addition, WePay's security functionality is constantly on a lookout for fraud activities. WePay's team will offer a helping hand right away in case clients facing a frauduelent situation. Both of these things are the biggest reasons why clients have shifted from their traditional payyment processor to WePay.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Whenever I do some kind of troubleshooting, the website would frequently come up with several hundred errors. Logging in is also a little slow. It gets a lot worse when I get messages that would prompt me to do things multiple times.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're assisting non-profit clients in reconciling donations received via Classy. They're constantly reconciling Classy Transactions Report for the reporting of their processor. Lately, we've been referring clients to WePay since it offers a reliable streamlined service for frequent withdrawals and easy reconciliation.
