What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that WePay offers us an account manager where we can process payment transactions and customize solutions that fit our campaigns. After a few days of integrating the platform, we are able to see a dramatic improvement in our checkout conversion. Thanks to its API that provides everyone a better user experience.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The dashboard that comes with WePay is a bit restricted for data insights and analysis. We can export data into a spreadsheet, but when it comes to searching data and modifying it to find trends and insights, it doesn’t work well and is a bit limited.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With WePay, we can process payments online and provide a simplified way to allocate funds (but with options to do it through checks). We can also track transaction history with this app.
