What are the best aspects of this product?
WePay's team and documentation has been great. We were able to set and had everything running in under a week. Furthermore, the flexibility of its APIs enabled us to make a customized approach that revamped our checkout process. Their account management team is consistent with their responsiveness while we make room for newer payment features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When it comes to reporting, it'd be nice to have added functionality within the WePay portal. That would give us added means in observing data in real-time with other date range and filters.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Registration of team sports. We were able to dramatically enhance our checkout process though WePay. As a result, it led to a much improved rate of conversion. WePay enable us to offer more visibility and tools for customers in terms of registration transaction management.
