Easy way to schedule

What are the best aspects of this product?

When I Work is a great app that helps our workforce manage details of shifts by themselves. You can set the schedule and let your employees trade and swap shifts between themselves without the need for any paperwork. You can simply set the limits and leave everything else to your employees.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The APP is poses issues now and then. The app is unreliable and I advise my employees to use only the website. Plus, the system sends plenty of reminder emails which bombard our employees’ inbox. To deal with this issue, I tell my staff to set a filter and check when needed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With When I Work, our employees can manage their own scheduling, while management can concentrate on important business tasks.
