When I Work saves me plenty of time

What are the best aspects of this product?

I think the interface is user-friendly and makes it easy to schedule employees. As an employee, I find it simple to check my shifts, swap shifts with other workers, and request leaves. There is a useful phone app as well as ‘reminder’ features that remind me by email or text message about a scheduled shift.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The one glitch that is a pain is the difficulty in setting your availability. You have to drag a bar across the timesheet but you cannot see where you are selecting as the page does not show any times at the top. Apart from this one difficult page, the rest of the system works just great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have 10 part-time employees and it was difficult to schedule their shifts as well as time off and shift-swapping requests. When I Work resolved the issue for us and offers us great features that we have come to love.
