What are the best aspects of this product?

Provides a great user experience through its super clean interface. It also allows me to conveniently check previous and current timesheets instantly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is quite problematic on iPhone because it often freezes that forces me to hard shutdown the device. It also makes my time delay for a minute. This causes further complications when I’m on a schedule where a minute of late already means possible deduction.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is easier to trace my shifts and break time through the tool. This makes it unnecessary to manually check my schedule from time to time. Certainly a great convenience for me.
