PROS: I added this tool to my calendar and since then I’ve never forgotten a shift. It reminds me of my working schedule. Aside from that, I get to know the colleagues I’ll be working with during a shift. It also makes communication with my co-workers easier and more effective.

CONS: The app pages look similar, making navigation quite difficult and confusing. It would be nice if they improve their design. There’s also an issue with the group conversation. Sometimes, it does not load or update. It becomes a problem when someone asks for help but the messages are delayed. Aside from that, the application lags and takes forever to update.
