What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, the best advantage of using this software is the ability to punch in or out on your mobile phone. With it, you’ll less likely to forget such a simple task. But if you do, you can just edit it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

New shifts need confirmation. This means when I create a new shift at one in the morning, my boss will be notified the same hour I made it. And it can be annoying to them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to know all our schedule ahead of time, who the person I’ll be working with, and the number of hours I worked.
